Euforma. . .a celebration of good form
Monday, December 14, 2009 at 03:21PM Euforma exists to encourage and create Good Form in business and in life in general. In a formal sense, Euforma serves as the umbrella organization to a growing portfolio of companies. It's our job to make sure
our companies maintain Good Form. We also help clients do the same.
THE INSPIRATION
But, what delights us (why we do what we do) is watching how Good Form can transform brands, companies, and people. What's that look like?
We start with remembering why we do what we do--while we want to do well by providing a good financial return to our owners, investors, and employees, we most of all want to do good. We want our work to contribute to even higher objectives--alleviating poverty, encouraging family togetherness, creating an enduring legacy, and pointing to a Creator who has so marvelously formed all things.
Next, we focus on the people part. . .giving good work to good people turns into really great end results. We formed this company with this at the core--giving people jobs they can be proud of.
THE TANGIBLES
With the foundation in place, the company can be about the business of getting the tasks done in Good Form--and what a lot of tasks we do.
Actually, we do just one thing--we grow ideas so they take Good Form. We do this over and over--for our brands and for clients. This includes taking a kernel of a concept and turning it into a business but it also includes helping existing businesses reshape what they do.
Euforma's Good Form doesn't include a made-up equation or fancy copyrighted steps. We know we don't own doing things well--we hope everyone copies us.
Planning/Problem Solving. One of our favorite bands made a very British statement that sums it up well--"To start as we mean to go on." We plan the way we do everything--by digging deep. We know that kernel of an idea won't grow unless it's firmly planted. So, whether it's a business plan for raising funds or a marketing plan for directing the team, we sweat the details. It's just Good Form.
Branding/Designing. A plan probably won't reach it's potential without a solid brand surrounding it. This may include naming, identity creation, and strategy.
Product Development/Invention. We've been part of creating everything from medical devices to children's products. We understand that beginning with understanding who you're creating for is the key, so we can reach across multple categories.
Marketing/Executing. Communicating Good Form is where the fruit of earlier labors can be seen. Creating advertising campaigns, social marketing strategies, trade show marketing, and novel vehicles to deliver a message are all part of what we do for our brands and others.
Educating/Facilitating. Marketing and education are ideally similar concepts--both include an exchange of information and value. We often blur the lines between the two. Everything we do has educational objectives and tangible lessons to be learned. We enjoy creating the educational environments needed to make learning a concept attractive.
